JOHN STEVENSON INTERIORS has provided Design, Design/build project management and turnkey renovations. Clients included major corporations such as Aramark, Baylis Medical, Clorox, Gillette, Harper Collins, Oral B, Braun, Baskin Robbins, Cadbury, CB Richard Ellis, First Gulf, Giffels, Menkes, Clarke Transport, Gerber, Chrysler Canada, AMEC/Monenco AGRA, Softkey, SAIC Exploranium, TransAmerica Finance and many more. Key Activities include:

	Design of 30,000 sf office component for CLOROX Canada in their new 300,000 Canadian Head Office and Distribution Center in Brampton (First Gulf Design Build/CB Richard Ellis)
	Major reconfiguration and expansion of 65,000 sf plant and office component for Plastic Moulder’s in Etobicoke. This $500,000 project involved relocating and consolidating a 10,000 sf office and reconfiguring the 55,000 sf injection moulding plant to achieve significantly increased production output and efficiency
	10,000 sf office component design for KARRYS Distribution as part of 250,000 sf distribution warehouse facility in Mississauga (Giffels Design Build)
	Reconfiguration of 200,000 sf Warehouse and picking/packing line for Harper Collins Publishing
	New executive law offices in Brampton for Davis Webb Schulz and Moon, and new Corporate head offices for ProPharma
	BOMA area certification of the new 500,000 sf Bell Mobility Campus in Mississauga (MSW Developments)

As Project Manager, John Stevenson, P. Eng., M. B. A.  would act on a client’s behalf to oversee all aspects of a relocation, from initial search through to final move-in. A Professional Engineer, John brought over 35 years of corporate and management expertise to the entire design and construction process. His personal involvement and turn-key design/build approach provided the greatest flexibility in a cost and time effective manner.

In 2007, John Stevenson elected to pursue a new career by joining his wife Liz to build her rapidly growing and successful Real Estate practice.
